Employability skills are the essential skills, qualities or value a person possesses that make them a visible Employability in the workplace. Employability skills are a set of skills, that help us perform our jobs successfully.
Skills :- The ability to do a task well is called skills. It is a word that includes knowledge, ability and capability to do a task. Skill are developed through life and work experience and can also be learned through study. Skill can be measured and their level can be determined by skill tests.
Types of Employability Skills :- There are several types of employability skills. Some important employability skills are listed below.
1. Communication Skills :- Every organization, national, international, or local, wants employees with excellent communication skills. A person who knows what to say and how to communicate with whom can be a great fit for any company or organization.

2. Creativity Skills :- The ability to think about a task or problem in a new or different way, or to use your thinking to generate new ideas, is called creative skill. Creative skill anables you to solve complex problems or find interesting ways to get things done.
The following points can be followed to improve creative skills.
- Experiment :- No matter how difficult an idea may be, a creative person is always ready to test it and see how it works.
- Making Relationship :- If you are creative, you can make appropriate connections between different ideas and use these connections to solve problems.
- Asking Question :- A creative person should also have a tendency to ask question. This helps them expand their knowledge, discover better ways to do things, and face new challenges.
- Hardware Skills :- Hardware skills developed a person's ability to physically operate a computer. Hardware skills are as simple as turning on or off equipment. These skills can also include more complex tasks, such as connecting machines to network, replacing broken or burnt parts, or repairing equipment
- Software Skills :- Software skills refer to a person's ability to successfully run various computer programs and applications. Some employers consider software skills as a prerequisite for employment; for example, all applicants must have knowledge of word processing, such as Microsoft Word.
